Exit and Continuity

- If NPL decides not to proceed with the transfer, Wildly Improbable LLP retains the right to continue using the IP for the guides and events it has developed. - If Wildly Improbable LLP chooses not to transfer its assets, it can continue independently with the rights it has secured.
