I'm interested in this exploring this topis as Orwell and his phrasing of the Ministry of Truth is one of the greatest hurdels to realising some form of institutionalised fact checking in society.

I beleive that in part by exploring these tropes, and historical understadnings - listening to them closely - together with new imaginings through (science) fictions we write - that we can design such interfaces and institutions in a manor that is acceptable to a wider audience.
