Parties and Roles

Here we define the parties and roles for the Hitchhiker's MOU.

> **Note:** For practical reasons we may consider this to be a two stage process, with the first version of this MOU being a version which we may call David and Robbie MOU.

**Not Panicking Limited (NPL)** - Provides the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy intellectual property (IP). - Supports the transition of the IP to the new foundation. **Wildly Improbable LLP** - Develops guides, organizes events, and raises funds using the Hitchhiker's IP.
