My sense is that given the core premise for Hitchhikers.earth we should allow different elements of the Guide Clusters to make their own decisions about how much (if any) Ai is used in their work.
I think there is going to be a regulatory element here too and maybe a best practice element as well, namely AI should always announce its presence/be annnounced.
