Two Keys Rule

To activate a literacy project, the system uses a **two keys** rule. Key One is **enough flowers**. Key Two is **enough smileys**. Key One ensures that there is enough money in the bank to promise a complete workshop package, for example a 420 unit bundle of books, facilitation and materials. Key Two ensures that enough stories and gifts of time have already moved between: - adults and the school - children and elders or partner schools - elders and the project as witnesses Only when both thresholds are satisfied does the project “unlock”. - The flower bush blossoms: the stored funds are formally committed to the school. - The smiley trail shows the human care that watered the project into existence.
