The final agreement between Wildy Improbably LLP and Not Panicking Limited requires a number of things to happen first:

As this may take a few weeks to organise, It is proposed that we draft a prior agreement direclty between the two of us - to flesh out any issues, and perhaps go a little deeper into the context and aims.
It is suggested that as: 1. The thought-and-discussion required to develop and refine this MOU takes time and conversation, and that 1. This may be problematic in terms of arranging a three-way conversation in the near future => 1. David and Robbie writing together a prior draft of the final MOU (David and Robbie MOU) would be helpful in terms of preparing teh ground.
