The **writing coordinator** is someone with a focus on the diversity, collaboration and facilitation of writing tasks. Their main job is to organise the writers into small groups and to encourage them into the process of writing together. See: - Writing with Strangers

# Diversity of writing group
The other responsibility of the writing coordinator is to seek out and match writers by diversity of style and age. We are seeking to create interest by combining very different writing styles. This is possible because each person has their own writing space, and we can link the different perspectives together on the same topic or concept.
