Here we imagine how we might restrict the initial work to a focus of seven guides, that complement the 7 workstreams.

In general we seek a project organisation that is flexible with regard to the Team Size - so what is the minmal team size and how does it grow to an optimal team size? How would we make do with three of four sponsored staff members, as we grow?
