Workshop Organisation

The main aspect of the organisation is to reach out to and invite a mixed group of participants from the following communities: 1. Writers 1. Artists and Designers 1. Builders

# Pair Writing

In order to make the online sessions more fun, social and productive, we aim to alternate between solo-writing, and an interdisciplinary small group practice we call Pair Writing.

A good starting point is for each participant for the original team to actively reach out to an opposite - either though their own efforts or with the help of other team members. We will be mxing-and-matching pair writing groups, but it helps to start with everyone taking part in the Invitations and Onboarding Process.

# Writers Our aim is to bring together a diverse group of writers, byt reaching out to the following communities: - H2G2 Community - Collective Intelligence Community - Creative Writing Community

A focus of the invitations to write is to pair up writers form widely ranging ages and interests. Where we find a young writer we pair them with an older writer familiar with teh community and the H2G2 content. It is the job of the Writing Coordinator to arrange the writers into diverse groups of two or three depnding on the total number of particpants.

# Artists and Designers The Design Coordinator has the role of reaching out to desing comunites and artists. We ideally want 3 or more visual, artistic or design oriented participants.
